Terms and conditions
These terms govern access to and use of the IPTV OLD SMART application and website. By using the service, the user confirms that they have read and accepted these terms.
1. Nature of the service
IPTV OLD SMART is a media player and manager. The application does not provide, sell, retransmit or host TV channels, movies, series, EPG guides or IPTV playlists. Users add and manage their own sources.
2. Permitted use
Users agree to use the application only with content for which they have the necessary rights, licence or authorization. The service must not be used to infringe copyright, bypass protection measures, access systems without authorization or distribute unlawful content.
3. Account and security
Where an account is required, users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials and report unauthorized access. Users are responsible for activity performed through their account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
4. Premium features and payments
Premium features, prices, duration and conditions will be shown before purchase. Where purchases are managed by Google Play, the platform's terms also apply. Renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled according to the rules shown at purchase and applicable law.
5. Availability and changes
We may update, modify or temporarily interrupt parts of the service for maintenance, security, technical changes or causes beyond our control. We aim to reduce interruptions but do not guarantee permanent availability or compatibility with all external sources.
6. Third-party sources and services
Playlists, servers, metadata and content added by users depend on third parties. IPTV OLD SMART does not control their availability, accuracy, legality, quality or continuity and is not responsible for failures attributable to those third parties.
7. Intellectual property
The application, brand, design, code and proprietary materials are protected by applicable law. These terms do not transfer intellectual property rights to users except for a limited and revocable right to use the application under these terms.
8. Suspension or closure
Accounts may be limited or suspended where there are reasonable indications of fraud, abuse, violation of these terms or security risks. Where appropriate, users may request a review by contacting support.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by external sources, network interruptions, user configuration, incompatible devices or unauthorized use of content. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
